Bay Port Valve & Fitting has been providing custom automated valve solutions to our customers for over 25 years. Our valve automation experts will work closely with you to help select the proper valve and actuation components for every application, built to optimize performance and minimize maintenance and downtime.
Our in-house valve automation shop is capable of producing just about any actuated valve assembly for open / close and contro
l applications. Each automation package will be fully assembled, tested and calibrated by trained technicians, ready to install at your facility.
In addition to assembling components, we also have a fully equipped machine shop capable of fabricating any specialty brackets or mounting hardware. Custom tagging of assemblies for use in your P&ID drawings and maintenance logs is available as well.

Rack & Pinion Actuators
Air powered rotary actuators for precise action and reliable long-life operation. Ideal for high cycle applications and available in stainless steel and a variety of special corrosion resistant coatings.
Scotch Yoke Actuators
Air or fluid powered rotary actuators for heavy duty, high torque applications.
As torques exceed those that can be handled by a rack & pinion actuator, the design of the scotch yoke actuator becomes the best cost to torque option. Max-Air provides heavy industrial and critical service scotch yoke options. The HD Series provides strength, torque, and competitive pricing for industrial applications. Our AG Series is 100% made and manufactured in Agrate Brianza (MB) Italy and is best suited for critical service applications or country of origin specific applications.
Electric Actuators
Max Air Technology offers a complete and comprehensive group of 5 different series of industrial grade electric actuators to meet your application requirements (ME/MX/SE/SX and MA). The 5 lines are standard quarter turn electric actuators of industrial design offering non-failsafe, mechanical failsafe, and Supercap failsafe options. The torque ranges offered are from 310 in-lbs through 40,000 in-lbs; in a variety of voltages 12/24 vac/vdc, 120/230 vac and complete 3 phase solutions. We offer standard location and Hazardous Location rated units (CLS/DIV as well as ATEX).
The line supports OPEN/CLOSE/JOG as well as Modulating controls and offers a wide array of optional custom control interfaces (3 position, SCADA, 2 wire control and many others). Manual Overrides are standard on all lines as are auxiliary limit switches and anti-condensation heaters, 360 degree viewable position indicators. All units utilize ISO compliant bolt mounts and female output drives. We offer a wide array of local control options. Additionally, IP68 submersion ratings are available along with over 120 options to provide the best solution for your electric actuation needs.
